	The owners, B.J. and Bridget Wallace, have built their successful business on excellent customer service and professional, responsible well drilling.
	B. J. operates his own rig and has over thirty years experience in the drilling industry with extensive knowledge of the various rock formation in which you have to drill. He is licensed in Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico and is a member of the Arizona Water Well Association and the National Groundwater Association and stays abreast of the latest developments by attending continuing education programs and seminars.
	B. J. operates the most modern equipment available, two 2006 Gefco, 30K state-of-the-art drilling rig. B & M Well Drillers, Inc. is an environmentally conscientious company and will only use quality materials and methods to protect the longevity and integrity of your water well.
